We loved the peaceful location, just 10 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio but feels like being in the wine country. the staff, especially Francesca, were incredibly helpful, assisting us with dinner reservations and hiking suggestions. the luxurious accommodations and well-kept grounds added to the tranquility. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and we also enjoyed the Italian cooking class. a perfect couple getaway.
Felt spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

This is a delightful country house hotel in a wonderful rural location, yet within easy striking distance of Florence. Family run, it has a real caring feel to it with the hosts going out of their way to make guests welcome. Our triple room (double with extra bed) was a good size without being huge, although it wasn't cramped. The private shady terrace added significantly to our "estate" - especially useful at night when our daughter was in bed. The standards of furnishing and cleanliness were very high throughout whilst the grounds are nothing short of idyllic. Free WiFi was useful and there was an elegant sitting room for guests to use. Very nice breakfast, served in a wonderful sunny atrium. Lovely pool, but beware if you're not good with heights: there is a steep set of steps down to the pool area. As regards location, it's close enough to the city to come back in the afternoon for a break and return for the evening. Central Florence is within 10 miles, so it's easy to get to - the traffic was not a big problem. Parking in the city is very difficult, but you can drive part way, park more easily then get a bus. The hotel staff are very helpful with this sort of advice. If you don't fancy the hustle and bustle of the city, then the nearby town (close but not walking distance and the road is surprisingly busy) offers a few eating options and in addition there is a decent restaurant very close to the hotel. However, don't stay here and not visit Florence: it is one of the lovliest cities in the world.

The staff was nice and eager to help.
The rooms are average. No room service. We asked for 2 water picthers, I assumed tap, and it appeared on our bill.

We recently stayed at a charming guest house just outside of Florence for a relaxing getaway. Lorenzo, our host, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect retreat. The breakfast was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. We also had the opportunity to take a cooking class with Sylvia, which was a highlight of our stay. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great atmosphere, very nice and attractive hotel. Excellent help from the staff available when needed. Very good location to visit downtown Florence. Very professional staff !
The owner wants to keep distance to the customers, they could at least say hello, it's a small hotel anyway.

Located in the hills just outside the city, this hotel offers a peaceful and scenic retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. With a short ten minute drive, guests can easily access the city center. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with private bathrooms and views of the surrounding wooded hills. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for attractions and museums. Additionally, guests can relax by the pool and enjoy a continental breakfast served outside under a pergola.
Despite its charming location, the hotel's distance from the city center means guests are reliant on taxis, which can be costly and time-consuming.

Had a great time over Easter at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and transportation options. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and outdoor pool.
The breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying. There were no hot food options available and the selection of pastries and fruits was not varied.

I recently stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel called Marignolle Relais & Charme - Residenza D'Epoca for a family vacation in Tuscany. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main sights of the city while still enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. The interiors of the hotel were stunning, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the relaxing common areas and the bonus of a private relaxation room with a dry sauna and jacuzzi. Thank you, Claudio, for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back!
Totally recommend this hotel.
